Notice of Upcoming Public Information Centre (PIC)
Upper Queen Street Storm Sewer Upgrade and Road Urbanization
Thorndale, Ontario
The Municipality of Thames Centre invites property owners to a Public Information Centre (PIC) regarding the design of the Upper Queen Street Storm Sewer Replacement and Road Urbanization project.
The PIC is being held to receive feedback regarding the project design, anticipated construction timing, and to engage with Municipal and Consultant staff involved in the project. The location and date of the PIC is listed below:
Thursday, July 18, 2024 – 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Thorndale Lions Community Centre – Meeting Room #3
265 Upper Queen Street, Thorndale, ON N0M 2P0
The PIC includes a short presentation commencing at 5:15pm and will follow with an open house format (for those who are not able to attend during the presentation), with Municipal and Consultant staff available to answer any questions and concerns.
The 2024 Upper Queen Street Design area includes curb and gutter, 1.5m sidewalks, parking lanes, elevated intersections, upgraded storm sewers and private drain connections (PDC’s) to each lot.
