We’re currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our incredible Finance team!

Type: Full Time 35Hr/Week
Salary Range: $77,383 to $87,096
Education: Post Secondary Diploma/Degree in accounting, finance or related discipline. Working towards the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation would be preferred.
Experience: 2-3 Years in municipal accounting and finance

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and verify budget figures for all departments; assist in preparing and delivering the annual budget to the CAO and Council.
• Provide financial and budget support to project managers; complete quarterly variance analysis and interim financial reporting.
• Assist with year-end journal entries and audits; prepare reconciliations and ensure all expenditures and revenues are included.
