Annually, the Treasurer of the municipality is required to provide Council with a financial statement related to Development Charges Reserve Funds. Section 12 of Ontario Reg. 82/98 prescribes the information that must be included in the Treasurer statement established under Section 43 of the Development Charges Act, 1997. This statement shall be made available to the public, by posting the statement on the website of the Municipality.
