Scope
The project scope includes providing an urbanized design of Upper Queen Street which includes adjusting the elevation of Upper Queen Street to encourage water flow towards the roadway (where possible), Elevated Intersections at Agnes Street and Lions Lane, installation of curbs and gutters, providing parking areas (where possible), 1.5m wide sidewalks with tactile plates at intersections, replacement water service lines, and upgraded Storm Sewer with Private Drain Connections to each property

Public Information Centre Meetings
Our Public Information Centre (PIC) regarding the design of the Upper Queen Street Storm Sewer Replacement and Road Urbanization project has now concluded.
We held this PIC on Thursday, July 18, 2024.The PIC is being held to receive feedback regarding the project design, anticipated construction timing, and to engage with Municipal and Consultant staff involved in the project. The PIC included a short presentation followed by an open house format. Municipal and Consultant staff answered questions and concerns.
